2) All entries must be received by August 27, 2007. All winners will be contacted by August 31, 2007.
3) Winners will be notified by telephone and letter. In order to claim prize, winner must be represented by United Brokers Real Estate, by the agent offering prize, in a closed transaction.
4) Limit one prize per closed transaction side.
5) If purchasing, the Lender(s) for your mortgage must approve any closing cost credits.
6) Consult your licensed tax professional or CPA for tax implications of receiving prize.
